SHEET 01 · Case story

Machines, work orders and downtime records in one place.

The injection molding plant uses an on-site computer and I/O modules to collect equipment status, then brings it together with work orders, downtime and reports. Floor and office teams view data by role, giving production meetings consistent figures to work from.

SHEET 02 · Challenge and response

From the site problem to a system approach.

  1. 01The challenge

The floor and office see different information, while downtime and work-order data still need to be compiled by hand.

  2. 02The system approach

Use a platform to bring machine, work-order, downtime, reporting and system-setting views into one daily management entry point.

  3. 03Reported outcome

Give daily production meetings a consistent set of data to discuss.

SHEET 03 · Architecture

System architecture and data flow.

The field host Box and I/O acquisition modules send equipment status to a cloud platform, which provides role-based views. Source diagrams retain some original Traditional Chinese labels.
